You need to coat the whole potato and oil before you cut it so the seasonings will stick to the top when you sprinkle

You should do a light coating of oil and salt on the skin. It makes it very crispy and makes it more delicious.

I do 400 for 40 minutes! I use ghee and butter! They are wonderful and I spray Avacodo oil on top with extra seasoning! Then season sour cream with seasoning and Worcestershire! Yum!!!
