Naw man best loyalty is no loyalty. Status is pointless. I have clients that spend 200k+ a year being "loyal" to an airline and the benefits are trash. Domestic first class or a "free" checked bag is a joke. Chasing status is costing you more money that booking the best deal outright each time.

Pre check is old news. Pro tip is to get touchless pre check for every airline (it’s free). Lines are always empty compared to regular pre check.

More tips (from a flight attendant): always bring a reusable water bottle and fill her up + bring snacks from home (sometime turbulence delays or cancels service), electrolytes on the plane, always bring layers bc these planes are cold af
