@the.redmon.crew: I love saving money especially on things we use daily! When I found out about this hack I knew we needed to do it! We drink a ton of water in our house! We are a family of 6 and go through roughly 10 gallons a week! We are full time RVers and let’s face it campground water isn’t the best and neither is tap water in homes so I have been buying water for years! Normally I buy the 1 gallon jugs each week never thinking about saving them to refill or anything like that. Well we are now!! Just to break it down typically I pay $1.89 a gallon for jugs of water so times 10 a week plus tax that’s $20.03 weekly times 52 weeks in a year is $1,041.79! Just for water!!! 🤦♀️ If you go the refill route I initially paid $14 for the dispenser and $12 for the jug so $26 upfront. Now I can just refill it over and over! The refills are only 60 cents per gallon! So .60 times 10 gallons is $6 times 52 weeks is $312.. making it a savings of $729!!!
