Someone said $15K rent is dumb no matter how much he makes 😂 If you make $6K/month and spend $2K on housing, that’s 33% of your income. If he makes $500K/month and spends $15K, that’s 3% of his income. Being rich makes expensive things cheap.

Yep, even if you pay off the mortgage you still have property taxes, fees, utilities, etc. All of those missed payments can have your home taken.
