no you can't sin in heaven, it's not just simple as that, free will doesn't mean you can do anything, if you can't destroy a galaxy with a punch doesn't mean you don't have free will, same in heaven, you can't sin, and you still have free will, think about it like if the concept of time wasn't here, could you understand and calculate time? no, same in heaven, the concept of evil doesn't work in heaven, and if you really want to lie destroy and bring chaos and anarchy to heaven, you would probably won't go there in the first place
