Oh, so Homura basically created a system where she’s allowing a short-term-magical girl fight, bypassing kyubeys soul extraction and eventually transformation to witch?

I love how in the manga the Wraith have Madoka’s eyes. But also Homura’s system lowkey works like an Uwasa because it spread through rumors that Hitomi also aware of

Bodyweight squats are a great exercise - this is where I started. But grinding out 20, 30, or 50 reps isn't the best use of your time. Here are the next progressions. 1. Deep Squat Technically a hold, not a squat, and more mobility than strength. You need this mobility if you ever plan to do weighted squats - pads and other hacks can compensate, but nothing beats real range of motion. This is where you start. 2. Horse Stance For building strength without hundreds of reps. Borrowed from martial arts to build leg endurance and strength. Even a 30-second hold is demanding. 3. Sumo Stance Similar to horse stance but with toes turned out and a wider stance. Instead of just holding, you sink as deep as you can. Builds strength at end range, which makes it a good progression toward middle splits. 4. Cossack Squat Now you start shifting load onto one leg. Keep the extended leg's foot flat to emphasize the adductors, or turn the toes up for a bigger hamstring stretch. Once comfortable, move side to side to build strength and control through a large range. 5. Split Squats One leg does most of the work. A shorter stance emphasizes the quads. Elevate the back foot and it becomes a Bulgarian split squat. 6. Lunges Add movement to the split squat. Start with reverse lunges, then progress to forward or walking lunges. 7. Step-Ups Similar to lunges but with more load on the working leg. 8. Long-Lunge Squat Take a much wider stance to shift the work toward the glutes and get a big stretch through the back leg's hip flexors. Bottom line: instead of doing more and more reps, make the squat harder by increasing range of motion, changing your stance, and gradually shifting more load onto one leg. #SquatProgressions, #Calisthenics, #MobilityTraining, #LegDay, #BodyweightStrength
