If it is tilting your pelvic wouldn’t that be medically necessary? Use chat or Claude to help with the medical codes to get it approved

I work for health insurance and i am curious. Have they gone through the prior auth process yet and received a denial? I watched the video and I didn't see any mention of this.

UGH I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. It’s exceeded cosmetic! It’s medically necessary if you are in pain daily! That’s horrible

Is it possible to have your PCP document and file an appeal? It’s causing you pain and creating a shift in pelvic wall (I think that’s what you’ve said). Insurance companies will often reverse a denial when medically appealed with documentation

The aggravating Art :
Too many diseases say that it’s “painless” what that often means is that the pain it causes is a secondary effect of the disease. So the disease exists it causes this thing to happen and it’s that thing that hurts not the disease itself. It’s honestly the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen and doctors do not treat that secondary pain with meaning. In fact too often diseases are ruled out because someone said that they’re in pain when that disease shouldn’t be ruled out. I’m guess PAH is primarily caused situations like this and it’s in the best interest of the insurance company to keep the condition cosmetic, it’s also best for the beauty industry because insurance would then come for them. (this isn’t me saying it doesn’t happened without it I’m sure it does but I imagine it’s much rarer)

Could it possibly be pushing on your bladder causing incontinence?? I would think so. Might be a good diagnosis
