As someone who totally gets why not of these suggestions are a possibility I feel you girl, I had medication that messed up my system while pregnant I didn’t go for three weeks and the drs told me I needed to sit in a warm bath and go in the bath otherwise an enema was the only option or I was going to end up with a rupture I still couldn’t do it my brain literally would not let me go in the bath even though it could have life threatening consequences the brain is a really F*cked up place sometimes
