The moment a driver is not being compliant with the pickup and not budging, I immediately cancel. Either way, I don’t feel safe riding with them anymore if they can’t follow simple pickup instructions.

I used to be loyal to moveit for 3yrs and that happened to me 3x and I decided to delete MoveIt App after that, I never want to ride with them again 🥲 Now, I ride angkas, sometimes joyride, its been a year or two never encountered any issues with them ☺️Thank God 🙏

NOTE: the incident has been reported and Moveit has refunded my payment. As to whether the driver is still affiliated with Moveit remains undisclosed. So just be wary out there guys with linking your gcash or card as a mode of payment. Another rider said its much better to use cash as MOP then once you arrive you can always offer to pay gcash.
