@daveycantcook: This day couldn’t have gone better. We love hosting our friends and being able to feed them these amazing meals. Having that second pan and extra containers made things go so much faster! Our friends LOVED the food. Everyone went for seconds (and thirds lol). Prakash said the paneer was cooked exactly how it should be and Mitu said the sauce was spiced just right. I hope you all had a great weekend. Have you ever done a video about cleaning the Posha?! Are there extra steps? Is it dishwasher safe? I’m really curious! Every time I bring up getting one to my boyfriend, he claims that it would take even longer to clean up after, but I think he’s wrong!
