I still remember the first time he said "I love you." It was the day he came to meet my parents and ask permission to be my boyfriend. We were sitting on the couch in the living room, and once my parents said yes, we were hugging while watching TV when he said, "I love you." I turned around and said, "What?" He got nervous and switched it up by saying, "I said I love this moment." I told him I heard him and that I was scared to say "I love you" because it has a strong meaning to me (1 Corinthians 13:4). I was so nervous, but I knew I loved him the moment I met him(he would play this song for me and added it on our love playlist). Now that we're not together, I think of moments like that even the bad ones and all I gotta say is I did, and maybe still do, love him even after everything. It sucks we're not together, but I know God has something for me; it's just in His timing. In the meantime, I ask God to help him. That's all.
