@bonniemarie123: I feel like today was 70 days in the making. It finally happened! I had a successful loaf of sourdough. Heck, I even had the desire to make another loaf. I ran out of bread flour, so I had to use unbleached all-purpose flour. Turns out, that was a good decision. Today’s ball of dough was very different from yesterday’s, in a good way.
