Cheeseburger salad bowl Ingredients: 250g 5% mince meat 2 large potaotes - salt & pepper / 1 tbsp garlic granules / 1 tbsp chicken seasoning 1 onion & tsp sugar 1/2 ice burg lettuce & tomatoes (plus whatever salad you fancy) 1 tbsp garlic granules 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp chicken seasoning @aldiuk 1 tbsp tomato purée 100ml water 3 slices cheddar @aldiuk Burger sauce: 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tsbp ketchup, 2 tsp chopped gherkins, 2 tsp of gherkin pickle juice, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp mustard 1 tbsp crispy onions Sprinkle of fresh parsley Method: - Add the cubed potatoes to the airfryer and drizzle in oil, add the seasoning and shake until coated. Cook on 185 for 20 minutes. - Chop the onion into small slices, add to an oiled pan, and leave to soften and brown on a medium heat, sprinkle the dash of sugar and pop a lid slightly on, leave to caramelise for 15 minutes on a low heat. - Add the mince to an oiled pan and break apart until small, brown and add in the tomato puree, and water, along with seasoning. Stir until combined and leave to simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cheese slices on and pop a lid over for a couple of minutes until melted. - Plate up the salad and top with the crispy potatoes, add the cheesy beef on top and the caramelised onions, top with burger sauce, crispy onion and parsley to finish. #DinnerIdeas #dinnerinspo #mealideas #mealinspo
