Yeah, Costco only gives you 90 days on TVs after that you have to go to the manufacturer. Bro said at the beginning he bought it two years ago. And then you said they were mean to you and your son. Bro went above and beyond giving you great customer service and you still bought a new TV from them. Hope you bought the extended warranty for this one.
