had a buddy that used to come to my place when we closed together at work. we lived close so if he opened he'd come over and we'd play Xbox together. he passed a few years ago. just recently fired up my 360 and saw his profile for the first time in like 15 years.

Ill never take him off my friends list. Lost him at a ADTR concert of all places. Played everything together all day every day. I cant play OG halo wars to this day. That was my duo, and my name will stay next to his on the leader board long after we're both forgotten. Miss you like hell Joe.

I miss my best friend man it’s been 5 years. I still shoot him TikTok’s I find funny, reels that remind me of him, and text his PlayStation messages whenever I’m in between queue. We were gonna be the closest buddy’s in college, but he died before I could get a car and a steam account to text him on. I hope. I hope this isn’t the last time I see him. I never got to truly say I loved him as a friend. He’s what kept me going through school, the motivation to be that duo that takes on anything in the world. Idk, I’ll just bring him stories when my time comes.

Some of my only good memories are with gaming buddies. I’ve grown older, we’ve drifted apart. When my mom died, they were all I had. My biggest regret is I was such an asshole in that time period, I pretty much pushed them away. I don’t regret spending day and night on some stupid bullet hell mmo for years though.

Miss this guy every day. Passed away at the start of COVID, found out from his sister posting about it on facebook. I still haven’t recovered from this but I’m trying. He would’ve loved a lot of the game announcements today.

I met a 50 year old dude on arc raiders in his prime that was so chill, me and this dude played basically all day for a couple weeks and one day i got off at like 4 am and said goodnight and he was gonna get some mcdonalds breakfeast after i left. I never spoke to him again.
