My ex and I have been for mediation, my ex has now broken the agreements we had made through this. She is now not allowing me to see my child. I only have 17 days left for the MIAM date to run out. Should I apply for family law court asap?

I've had to submit a court application as my ex has failed to proceed with financial negotiations. He submitted one offer then ignored everything. 18 months since we filed and he just isn't responding. Can I ask for some of the court costs to be paid by him?

You need to do an episode on schedule 1 children's act application! I have never known anything so invasive and I can imagine no many people know this is a thing just because you have had children together never been married!

3 years hes ignoring ,3 court applications and he is still ignoring , got my costs for last court application and he did it again. I asked for bare minimum and now the courts will give me alot more

My ex husband done it several times. Even changed solicitors without telling anyone, I had to find out where he was living do they could send letters there. Just kept delaying everything.

my ex did that and she did it more then once and she stil won. i think if i would ignore it i would have lost even harder. had to pay al off it. stil have to travel 80 km to pick up my son and then go home with him again 80km. the car we bought she took that and moved without me knowing and stil she won just by using the oldest trick in the book. my ex beat me he threw with his son judge. i have no proof what so ever but he did it and that was all. equality on paper but in real life as dad you are nothing

what about if the woman has already made court application, but the man has his solicitor writing to her, to try and settle out of court, she has already had her form signed from mediation also

Family court very rarely makes costs orders, so that statement isn’t really accurate. I’ve had many letters and nothing happened. My partner has breached the order multiple times and the court hasn’t taken any action. Solicitors at the end of the day they’re selling a service.

I took her to mediation then she tried to file a dvo from another state on bogus grounds and forced mediation to end lmfao 🤣 now shes in stalemate cause my kids are old enough to testify to her neglect and abuse
