I can’t get the crema, my coffee pours quickly and it doesn’t clean easily. What do I need to do?

I have tuni g2 and i grind it with level 16 to make espresso by Delonghi EC 685 with the portafilter pressurized and it does looks like yours 🥲 I don’t is it because of the portafilter or because of the level of grinding?

I have the Breville Barista for about 12 years now. Just recently been becoming more in tuned to making the perfect shot. I purchased a bottomless portal, WDT tool, spring loaded tamper, screens, scale with timer, and distributor. I also purchased single serving coffee vials and fill 18g each. I buy quality beans from a local coffee shop who roast their beans. My shots are NVR perfect 25/36, what I get is anywhere from 22/40 to 36/30, I have tried everything I can think of. I have tried the grind size, I changed the grind number in the grinder. I tried 19g beans. From what I have read I need to go finer grind but I am at the finest grind and at #2 in the grinder.

My machine single shot is so small. I don’t know if this is normal or on a wrong setting. And when i have it in double shot i always have to press the button twice. The portions are so small.

and make sure your beans have been roasted less than 21 days ago for a better extraction and taste

I just used Google Gemini to dial in. Took me 3-4 tries and been consistent ever since for a year. One dial in shot for every new pack of beans.
