I try to explain to my grown kids. I order off the Senior menu because it saves me a couple of bucks. I turned off the lights because that saves a little. And what I save on stuff like that I can spend on things I want.

Frugal living is for people with money too especially with food. I love inexpensive meals and meals that are only a few ingredients. It has nothing to do with how much money I have. Btw I watch your YouTube videos. I love them.
