This was a freaking 1000/10 🤤✨ Apple Pie Pull Apart Bread 🍎🥧🍂 Ingredients: Apple Filling: * 3 apples, peeled and diced * 2 tbsp butter * ⅓ cup brown sugar * 1 tsp cinnamon * ¼ tsp nutmeg * 1 tsp vanilla * 1 tbsp lemon juice * 1 tbsp cornstarch * 2 tbsp water * Pinch of salt Bread * 2 cans refrigerated biscuits * 1 stick butter, melted * 1 cup white sugar * 1 tbsp cinnamon Instructions: 1. Make the apple filling: Cook diced apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and salt for 6–8 minutes. Mix cornstarch with water and stir it in. Cook 1–2 more minutes until thick. Stir in vanilla and let cool. 2. Make the cinnamon sugar: Mix the white sugar and cinnamon together. 3. Prepare the biscuits: Open each biscuit in half, creating two thinner pieces. 4. Build the layers: Dip each biscuit half in melted butter, then coat it in the cinnamon sugar. Place the pieces into a greased loaf pan, layering them with the apple filling between sections. 5. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, or until the center is fully baked.
