VIDEO EDITING / CHARACTER REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
CENTER CHARACTER:
Replace ONLY the single main character standing exactly at the center of the group with the character from [IMAGE 1].
The replacement character must occupy the exact same position, scale, body placement, pose, movement, orientation, and screen position as the original center character.
Keep the character from IMAGE 1 completely consistent throughout the entire video:
- Same face
- Same hairstyle
- Same skin tone
- Same body proportions
- Same outfit
- Same colors and visual appearance
Do NOT alter, redesign, or reinterpret the center character.
SURROUNDING CHARACTERS' OUTFITS:
Change the clothing/outfit of EVERY OTHER visible person surrounding the center character to match the outfit shown in [IMAGE 2].
This applies to ALL visible surrounding people, including:
- Front row
- Left side
- Right side
- Middle rows
- Background characters
Every surrounding person must wear the outfit shown in IMAGE 2.
Do NOT leave any surrounding person's original outfit unchanged.
IMPORTANT:
Only the center character is replaced.
Only the outfits of the surrounding characters are changed.
Everything else must remain unchanged.
IDENTITY AND OUTFIT LOCK:
For the center character, preserve the exact identity and appearance from IMAGE 1 throughout every frame.
For all surrounding characters, preserve the outfit design, clothing style, fabric appearance, texture, patterns, and color palette from IMAGE 2 consistently throughout the entire video.
Prevent:
- Morphing
- Identity drift
- Face changes
- Clothing changes
- Color changes
- Blending between IMAGE 1 and IMAGE 2
- Random outfit variations
MOTION AND TIMING:
Preserve the original choreography frame-by-frame.
Each character must follow the exact same:
- Body movement
- Limb movement
- Hand and arm movement
- Head movement
- Head direction
- Facial orientation
- Facing direction
- Walking direction
- Walking speed
- Timing
Do NOT add, remove, exaggerate, slow down, speed up, or re-time any movement.
The replacement center character must perform exactly the same movements as the original center character.
CAMERA AND FRAMING:
Keep the origin camera
