I also think it's the copy that got shot, not the real Hal Jordan. There has to be a reason why they introduced the Hologram Hal at the very beginning, it wasn't simply to find out where the manhunter was hiding. There's something bigger at play here with this plot device.

I feel like her "miracle" was Noah, and she may have not been able to conceive and knowing how the manhunter pulls the strings even when she is doing favors I thought that while she gave her a child it was quietly her ensuring that manhunters survive. Noah is also an all state quarterback, which makes sense if he's a manhunter
