go to shortcut app- click automation- click (+) at the right upper corner - find and click NFC - Click scan NFC tag ( make sure your IDC has NFC - choose Run Immediately - after scanning you can choose whatever apps you like to appear:))

i think its not the id. if your phone have NFC and you turned it on dun gagana yang feature na yan. delikado lang kse may mga scam na gumagamit ng ganyan para easy access or transfer
