its what i was telling people. it was ambiguous and can't give clear guidance on succession. there is also the issue of Bias. he had an elderly brother Mpuga. His choice of plan B options raise suspicion. I believe the lawyers we rushed and had no time to think critically. coz even a year one law student can make such an obvious mistake

those statements are made.....incase of eventualities. like the son dying before the father, like the son going insane...like the son not being his biological son. plus we did not read the whole will. we just received a section. there is always a part of a will describing and naming all available children at the time of writing the will. and what they have been assigned. for example in the circulating part....we did not see his properties and what each one gets.....soooo.....you cant say the lawyers were bad after seeing only one part. wills are always ambiguous until you read the whole of it.
