@dr.leydasaltian: GDS NORMAL TERUS, TAPI HbA1c MEMBONGKAR SEMUANYA! 👀 Gula darah sewaktu (GDS) terlihat normal bukan berarti gula darah selalu terkontrol. Karena GDS hanya menggambarkan kondisi pada saat pemeriksaan, sementara HbA1c memberikan gambaran rata-rata gula darah sekitar 2–3 bulan terakhir. Jadi, jangan hanya melihat satu angka. Lihat polanya dan evaluasi secara menyeluruh. 🩺 👉 Pernah mengalami GDS normal tapi HbA1c ternyata tinggi? Simpan konten ini dan share ke keluarga yang membutuhkan. saya dari 12% ke 4,7 jangka 4 bulan. kontrol makan, lari+ angkat beban. guldar terkontrol baik pas bisa lari 😅 3-5km easy run seminggu 4-5x. dah mikirin badan sehat buat lari, udah jarang mikirin diabet nya sekarang cuma check 2x kadang 1x. puasa under 95 sama setelah makan 120-100 soalnya hasil nya sama terus😅 sayang strip😂. dah lepas obat jg Alhamdulillah.

Four head-to-head matchups. One winner in each. Here are the calls and the reasoning. Kashmir versus Ceylon sapphire: Ceylon. And this might be the most counterintuitive answer here. Kashmir is the legendary origin, the velvety blue that no other source replicates, the stone that breaks records every time it appears at a major auction. In terms of prestige and rarity, Kashmir wins by every metric. But the question isn't which is more exceptional. It's which is easier to work with as an asset. Ceylon sapphire has a functioning market with consistent buyer demand, realistic liquidity, and enough material to transact regularly. Kashmir is a trophy category: extraordinary, irreplaceable, and genuinely difficult to move quickly because the buyer pool is narrow. For an asset that needs to be sellable, Ceylon. Burma versus Mozambique ruby: Mozambique. The color of the finest Burmese ruby is unmatched. The fluorescence, the open red, the quality that made Mogok legendary: I love working with Burmese material and the stones are extraordinary. But the market traction right now is on Mozambique. More demand, more active buyers, more transactions happening. The gap with Burmese pricing hasn't closed but the gap in liquidity has narrowed significantly. For a stone that needs to move, Mozambique. Colombian versus Zambian emerald: Colombian. Zambian emeralds are gaining serious ground and the recognition is growing, particularly for calibrated material and matched suites. But Colombian holds something Zambian doesn't: that specific green, the cold vivid Muzo color that is the benchmark the entire emerald market measures itself against. When it comes to the color that defines the category, Colombian wins. Padparadscha versus alexandrite: padparadscha, without hesitation. Both are rare. Both require expertise to evaluate correctly. But padparadscha has real demand, active traction from collectors and high jewelry, and a color that is immediately compelling to anyone who sees the right stone. Alexandrite is a collector's stone with thin liquidity and a matching problem that limits its use at scale. Padparadscha is the more functional investment and the more beautiful choice.
