personally i got 4 rechargable batteries, i let 2 charge, when the ones in the controllers die i just swap them out

just plug in a usb cable from the controller to the xbox or pc and bob’s ur uncle ur controller now has infinite life

I mean Noone wants to play with a charging controller or mouse, it Just makes sense to put batteries in, controllers is drained, you still want to play just put new batteries in or also into the mouse

There is no downside to the Xbox solution. You can put a Li-ion battery in there, you can put rechargeable AAs in there, you can put single use AAs in there. DualSense is a wireless controller until the battery runs out. Xbox controller is wireless for as long as you want.

I can't believe that people think rewiring a battery is difficult. also the sticks go 1st, get a hall effect controller and get a soldering iron. soldering iron fixes 30%-70% of electrical issues
