Eric Wilson8289 :
A gallon is a gallon. That’s what we’re told and what we pay for. If we’re not getting the total volume for the price, that’s an issue, whether it’s milk, gas…..

Cool Dude :
Volume: A gallon is a fixed measure of space (231 cubic inches). One gallon of milk and one gallon of water occupy the exact same amount of space.

Gas pumps are regulated to give less gas for more price. I worked at some major chains that shorted people and I quit when I saw the issue.

So if the milk jug isn’t a proper measuring tool, if the gas company isn’t cheating you, the milk company is? lol 😂

We're being screwed because a gallon of gas, water, or Milk the volume should be the same. we're being played 😡 because gas is too damn high for us not to be receiving the right amount of gasoline

You’re trying to tell me 1 gallon of milk is not the same as 1 gallon of gas is that what you’re telling me so you’re telling me a gallon of milk really isn’t a gallon

A 1 gallon milk jug is 1 gallon everywhere on this earth. 128 ounces in a milk jug is the same as 128 ounces in a gas jug. It’s totally freaking insane that someone would say that a 1 gallon milk jug is a different measurement than another jug that holds 1 gallon of gas.
