Huyu sasa aendelee tu ata kwa next government,he understands nearly all aspects of his work, we've seen him talk about policy, explaining to ordinary citizens sometimes in vernacular,we've seen him put contractors to task over lower quality work,slow progress of projects.Credit where it's due,the guy is good.
