I think it would be fine to have a digital games if we had digital rights. Like the digital version coming with a key we could sell, trade or give to others.

First of all, cutting customer support will do nothing because their customer support is ass. Second of all, they'll soon have no customers to support with the way Sony has been heading these last few years.

Part of the problem is that gamers are complaining a lot but still handing Sony their money and still buying Playstation games and PS Plus. If they actually want Sony to pay attention, stop buying games on Playstation, actually unsubscribe from PS Plus, and stand there ground until changes happen. Or move to PC or Xbox. Play your backlog of single player games, but don't buy add-ons or expansions if you don't already have them (remember no more handing them money) and play Free-to-Play games. No battle pass or skin purchases, some of that money goes to Sony. Once Sony feels the funds lessen, and the investors complain, and developers start leaving Playstation, then Sony would hopefully wake up. But unfortunately these gamers these days give in to the shiny box effect every time.
