what he is saying is true,cus even the government can't pay teachers and nurses, again government don't have moni to post newly teachers and nurses, so what he is saying is that u can use the moni foe another tin and use BOT to build that road

the man is making sense from the perspective of an economist but there's a loophole in his POV. BOT for let's say 20 years. if we use state money to built it, by 10-15 years, we can get that money back. I rather prefer a loan with interest to BOT.
