they make it so hard to make these calls stop they leave it up to the victims to PROVE it was a certain person . been going thru this for over 2 yrs and 4 months. my late husbands exstepson has been having scammer called up to 350 times a day. it's mind blowing what they can get away with. yes the law has been standing in my price and also witnessed all the calls coming in. I was told to change my number. which I found absurd being as my children and their children my immediate family plus schools and Drs have my number why should I have to make all those changes when it was 1 person causing the havoc. I just stopped answering all calls. if someone needed me they have to text. unless they are in my phone.
