Sometimes it's better to say I'm fine. But with people who are important to you, it might be better to tell the truth. Perhaps this person can offer a little support with comforting words. I wouldn't admit to just anyone that I'm not doing well either. 🌹🫶❤️

The people that say I’m fine do so to spare others feeling there pain , it’s ok not to be ok 👌 but hopefully there’s someone you can talk to when your not ok , we all need to vent sometimes, you can vent to me if you like , I don’t mind xx 🥰
