@judetheacupuncturist: When your head feels tense and everything feels a bit much, take a moment to follow along 👇🏼 Start with 36 gentle taps between your eyebrows. This point is called Yintang. In Chinese medicine, it’s traditionally used to calm the mind — a lovely place to bring your attention when you need a pause. Next, gently pinch and release the tragus, the small flap of cartilage just in front of your ear canal. Keep the touch light and comfortable. Let your jaw soften. Breathe slowly. Notice how you feel as you go. The count gives you something simple to focus on while you take a little time for yourself.
