@judetheacupuncturist: A point on your hand for a tense neck 👇🏼 I’m starting with a gentle massage around the angle of the jaw, below the ear, before moving to Small Intestine 3 on the hand. To find SI3, make a loose fist. On the little-finger side of your hand, feel for the small hollow just behind the knuckle, towards your wrist. This is a point traditionally used in Chinese medicine for neck stiffness and tension. Press gently for around 30 seconds, then repeat on the other hand. Let your shoulders relax and notice whether anything feels different afterwards. Keep the touch very light around the jaw and ear, and avoid pressing deeply into the neck. Stop if anything feels painful or makes you dizzy.
