At the end of the day, you birthed them, you raised them, you taught them, and you did the best you could with what you knew. ❤️ Somewhere in this society, we started feeling like parents have to bow down to their children. NO BABY! Respect goes BOTH ways, but children should always understand that their parents deserve respect too. Period. 👏🏽 I LOVE my kids, but guess what? Sometimes they can be ungrateful, and I’m allowed to call that out. Just like they’re allowed to critique me and tell me where they think I did good or where they think I could’ve been a better mom. And guess what? IT’S ALL GOOD! 😂 We can disagree, we can have different opinions, and we can still love each other. Because at the end of the day… Opinions are like assholes — everybody got one! 😂😂😂 ❤️ Love your children. ❤️ Correct your children. ❤️ Listen to your children. ❤️ But don’t forget to teach them RESPECT.
