I have not jump rope in years I just lost over hundred pounds in 2023 I was 228 I down to 150 i lost weight for me and also donated 75% of my liver to my dad to save a live but I didn’t only save his he saved mine when i finally 💯 heal I will have to start jump rope i think you did amazing on your journey and still doing amazing 🥰😁
