Monocolour and in green definitely helps with the power level. When I found myself searching for enchantment tutors in the command zone I never looked for just green ones 😂

I think tutor abilities should be slapped on rare and mythic cards regardless of the limitations with colours. Theres probably something silly you can find with this, especially if you can flicker it with Temur Sabertooth and replay it to tutor again and because your in green you have lots of mana, and green wants to tutor for green creatures so easily accessible

I think sometimes you also have to please cedh players with some cool commanders that are powerful because they are consistent tho.
