im 39 I have endometriosis and pcos.i am getting hot flashes everyday all day,other symptoms too but im pretty sure im in perimenopause.Went to the Dr today and im waiting for the results. she said i was too young but we'll see.

I am on the CombiPatch BiWeekly so far so good and I’m not feeling as many side effects as I did when doing Estrogen and Progesterone separately

so first of all, I can't believe that you're over 50. you look incredible! similar story endometriosis fibroids the whole nine yards perimenopause was the worst time of my life. I thought I was going to end my life at some point. now in full menopause. still don't feel like myself. can't seem to regulate things. try different hormone replacement options. I will speak to my doctor about this one. Not sure if it's available in Canada but maybe the equivalent. thank you for sharing your story

I tried this and loved it at first . But then it increased my depression and had such terrible grogginess in the morning. 😔. Waiting to talk to my doctor about a new option

I’m using Climara patch and progesterone pill. I wonder what are the pros and cons of using it separately vs both hormones in the same patch

ugh.. fibroids kicked my ass (super heavy bleeding, clots, anemia and back pain) from age 40 to 45. laproscopic hysterectomy in 2020 (at 45). started with hot flashes about 2 years later. this past Dec I started HRT (the lowest dose of Estrogen) and i change the patch 2 times a week. so far, its helped regulate the hot flashes. and i feel better than before. being a woman is not for the weak. but, we're doing better!

I have a question for you- How has your husband been with these changes and stages of your woman life and did you at any point feel the pressure to do this to please him in the bedroom or be able to keep up with him since he's younger? last but not least why did you go this route and not the natural way? asking for a friend 😂
