What makes my situation feel so much worse is that not only did she betray me but she’s been chatting with the guy she cheated on me with since we split. Now she tells me that she doesnt want to be my friend or work on us or flirt with me anymore because she likes him. The irony is so fuckin painful because she didnt tell him to leave her alone but now i have to leave her alone because she likes him? 7 fucking years and after everything i never gave up on her, never judged her, never turned my back on her, consistently showed up for her and when her mom told her she wouldnt help her i was there in her corner, when her dad told her TO HER FACE that she was a manipulative piece of shit, I WAS THERE. When she hit rock bottom and no one else noticed I DID and i didnt everything i could to show her i was there for her. I worked so she didnt have to, i to her she could stay home because she didnt like working and if she wanted to work she could, i supported EVERY decision she made, i took care of her and our kids, i helped with cleaning, i cooked for her, i literally made my entire fucking life about impressing her and trying to be the best i could. 7 years of my life gone in the blink of an eye.

There’s only one answer, it took me a long time to understand that even my own actions have consequences, and giving them access is your own betrayal at that point. So you have to shut it down, no contact, block them. You are always spot on, removing access is the only answer.
