Well i shampoo on ma scalp, shampoo ma ends, don’t use any other product. Rinse with hot water. Dry with heat. And my hair is up to my knees and i get compliments on how healthy it looks constantly. Your hair is you, like everything else found in dna, it’s different for everyone
