In my opinion, I Disagree to those who have said MGSV is "bum" or "uncompleted" because Kojima Gave the title "The man who Sold the world" as in Big Boss sold his world to Venom AKA us Players. He sold that world to us as in an Honour for playing As Snakes, Now he's giving players opportunity to built an army, upgrading weapons etc. in base while big boss is creating Outerhaven. If you're playing as Venom Snake (No kills, complete stealth through out the game and extracting enemies with balloons after knocking out instead of killing them in most of the missions) in the game you'd understand because i did
