Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: It was December 14, 2023, around 1:55 AM. Tampa Police Officer Baar noticed a speeding black Mercedes. The car raced down Interstate 275 at 86 MPH. The speed limit was only 55 MPH. Baar turned on his lights to pull the driver over. The Mercedes stopped on N Florida Avenue. This was right under the I-275 overpass. Baar radioed dispatch about the stop. He then approached the car and spoke with the driver. The driver was a 24-year-old woman named Hayley. Officer Baar noticed signs that Hayley was not okay. Hayley said she was driving home from her job. She worked as a bartender at MacDinton’s Irish Pub. Officer Baar asked if she had been drinking. She said she drank alcohol before driving. Baar thought she was impaired. He asked Hayley to step out. He wanted her to do sobriety tests. Officer Baar began the evaluation with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. Next, Hayley attempted the Walk and Turn. She struggled with this exercise. Hayley failed to touch heel-to-toe. Also, she turned the wrong way and didn't take the right number of steps. Finally, she tried the One Leg Stand. Again, Hayley couldn't complete the task. She didn't raise her foot right. She had to use her arms to keep from falling. Hayley's night took a turn after a simple traffic stop. The officer noticed signs of impairment. She admitted to drinking alcohol. Then, she failed the field sobriety tests. Based on these things, Hayley was arrested for driving under the influence. Officer Baar took her to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. There, she was processed and officially charged with DUI. 17:28 I have news for all young people out there. If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
