That's a lie, I had mine done and it only got worse and my bicep muscle tore apart. I ended up having to get a reverse shoulder replacement because my rotator cuff ripped in half along with !any other tears in other places. I just had it done earlier this year and it is now stronger than my left arm! My left arm is in worse shape than the one I had fixed this year, but I have to wait until next year to get it done.

I did refuse the Surgery, chose therapy , It's still painful, it's tolerable. Anesthesia is a Beast, no matter what, very risky.

You just have to relax the arm for about 3 to 4 months and those tissues and muscles will heal itself
