diagnosed with fatty liver several years ago. my liver enzymes have never been elevated. have been going to the Dr for years due to ruq pain, no Dr ever did any further testing always saying my enzymes weren't elevated. finally a Dr ordered an ultrasound and CT and I am now stage 1 fibrosis. 🤦🙄
