Explaining: The white part of your teeth is mainly or even mostly dead cells/loose cells. Brushing your teeth is already great way and using the back of your toothbrush does the same job but not as efficiently as a designated tool. Gargling water captures the loose cells, adding salt makes the water brine which clearly helps, and lastly adding baking soda is better since its a chemical powder that is not harmful to humans even if digested (marshmallows are baking soda)Think of baking soda as the same to a detergent only this time its significantly less. Scraping it is the best option. But of course why not do all? Exactly as the vid says. Why tho? How did whites have to appear? Its a body response, your mouth grinds and moves all the time. It needs to shed or else you'll get a canker sore.
