i have a theory called the Maria theory (yes Maria from sonic you'll soon know why) Before the human extinction, the humans had already created the teletubbies as a test and it worked out perfectly, Laa Laa didn't know how to interact with the other 3 so they thought that a human could interact with her better than the other teletubbies, and so the Ghost girl (before death) became the first friend Laa Laa had. After the extinction, Laa Laa interacted more with the other teletubbies but still keeping the ghost girl in her mind. After Laa became a mutant, the ghost girl started becoming forgotten, hence why in the school boards theres written about not forgetting her.
