if I may ask my baby after breastfeeding him and burping I also keep him upright for 30 to 1 hr but he keeps spitting always he can spit more than 3 times ... and everytime I put he to lay down the milk keep flowing back ,when he is asleep I put him on bed he wake's up and when I observe he looks like he is fighting something ... please can you help me
