People just sending 1 singular unserious sticker does NOT help btw long comments help better.for everyone who is struggling, please hold on. there is someone out there meant to be the person who holds you on those hard nights, there is a better road ahead and i know it is hard to see it right now. it will get better, yout have probably heard it a thousand times, it gets annoying but i promise you, in a few years when you are healed it will be something you look back on. if you have people to text, whether its family or friends, you have reasons to stay. one day at a time, grab a coffee with a friend, rip up a page of homework you just cant figure out, go out and enjoy the world in the night when its quiet. you do not need to prove you are enough to someone who sees what you don’t see in yourself. you are more than just a daughter or son or child, more than just a person. you are unique, with your hobbies, your life, your humor, your skills, your interests. there is a better road ahead, don’t let yourself derail before you see it. i know it is hard, but you are worth more than what you see in

Esta corriente viaja luego al nodo auriculoventricular y se propaga rápidamente por los ventrículos a través del haz de His y las fibras de Purkinje, provocando la contracción ventricular. Este proceso cíclico consta de dos fases principales: la diástole, que es el momento de relajación donde las cavidades se llenan de sangre, y la sístole, que es la fase de contracción y vaciado, asegurando así un flujo vital ininterrumpido.
