Hoka recovery slides are far superior to the oofos recovery slides. I have both. Hoka are more firm and supportive

Hi 🥹 I used my Hoka bondi 9 for a month and my plantar fasciitis was totally gone... then I washed my hoka bondi 9 in the washing machine then when I wear it for two days my plantar fasciitis were back and becomes tooooooo painful 😣 now... I bought another Hoka bondi 9 in black and still the pain doesn't go away anymore 😵💫 🥺hellllp 🥹

I just bought a pair of Brooks yesterday, my podiatrist does not recommend Hoka’s, which is what I’ve been wearing, that contributed to my Achilles tendinitis, and a heel spur in the other foot. I can no longer wear flip flops 😔 , I have a pair of wedge crocs with a strap which I wear in the house. I love Oofos but was also prohibited from wearing those. I have many shoes to give away based on my new restrictions

So I started in hokas for sciatica it went away than I got plantar fasciitis on both feet almost a year now 😭 I’m starting to think it’s my shoes now but I stand all day at work

Hated Hoka. They hurt my feet. The only shoes I can comfortable wear with my plantar fasciitis are Brooks Adtenaline. I have them in 2 different colors and wear them 24/7

I’ve found Clark’s to be a great brand for heels that don’t make me want to cut my feet off while wearing heels. I’m in a full blown PF flare and I went shoe shopping and found 3 inch Mary Jane block heel pumps. When I tried them on I felt no pain. Now I’m not saying that after a day in them I won’t be curled up in the fetal position, but it seems like they would help a bit.

What works best for me, believe it or not is vans and when I have a flare up, I’ll put inserts in them. I know I need arch support but it somehow hurts worse
