almost all of Ash's Pokemon were beyond powerful for what they were. I wanna remind folks, his Charizard was so powerful he eventually became the Alpha of a whole group of Charizards, his Snorlax was able to match Brock's Crogunk, and those are just two examples off the top of my head. His Pokemon were literally unreal istg.
