I genuinely CANNOT imagine living near my workplace. Imagine taking sick leave and still being scared to go outside in case I run into a coworker or my boss on the street 😭 I don’t want anyone from work knowing where I live. I don’t care how expensive the commute is distance = peace.

its so true my old place was 15 miles away id always be 15 minutes early never late once. new place is less than 2 miles away always 9 times out of 10 im late

Yes, I live 10 mins by bike and I always leave really late because I could technically leave at 10 mins till the start time and be 10 mins late including the 10 mins that it takes to travel.

No 100% when i lived 10 mins away, i milked that early morning rise because “its only 10mins away” this was the same for my colleague wh was chronically late and lived 10mins away too 😂
